I came across this list a few weeks ago on

1. Favourite childhood book?
Is that even a question? If you read my previous posts, you already know the answer to this one : Harry Potter Series... okay, to be more specific it's either Philosopher's Stone OR The Order of the Phoenix)

2. What are you reading right now?
Heroes of Olympus by Rick Riordan ( Re-reading )

3. What books do you have on request at the library?
Non at the moment
4. Bad book habit?
I always leave things inside like a piece of toilet paper of hair to mark where I am.
5. What do you currently have checked out at the library?
"Eve's daughters" & "All she ever wanted" by Lynn Austin, "Onder valse vlag" by Pieter Aspe ( for my mom) and "Schijnbewegingen" by Floortje Zwigtman.
6. Do you have an e-reader?
No, I read on my tablet :)
7. Do you prefer to read one book at a time, or several at once?
Depends if they are all great books. It happens that I read several at once but mostly it's just one at a time.
8. Have your reading habits changed since starting a blog?
No, not at all!

9. Least favourite book you’ve read this year (so far)?
"The Goldfinch" by Donna Tartt
10. Favourite book you’ve read this year?
A Series actually. The "Refiner's Fire Series" by Lynn Austin.
11. How often do you read out of your comfort zone?
Sometimes...
12. What is your reading comfort zone?
Somewhere relaxing, not to loud.
13. Can you read on the bus?
YES!
14. Favourite place to read?
In my bed.
15. What is your policy on book lending?
If you break it, you're dead.
16. Do you ever dog-ear books?
Sometimes but mostly I just put something between the pages.
17. Do you ever write in the margins of your books?
Only school books :p

19. What is your favourite language to read in?
Dutch but English is a close second :)
20. What makes you love a book?
The freedom to create your own fantasy when reading the story! I hate it when the author gives too much details.
21. What will inspire you to recommend a book?
If the story stays with me for a while.
22. Favourite genre?
Fantasy, Drama, Stories that reall happend.
23. Genre you rarely read (but wish you did)?
Stories that really happend.
24. Favourite biography?
Dewey the Library Cat :D and yes, it's a Biography... sort of.


25. Have you ever read a self-help book?
Not yet!
26. Favourite cookbook?
Every single one that includes sweets and dessert.
27. Most inspirational book you’ve read this year (fiction or non-fiction)?

28. Favourite reading snack?
Chocolate or a cookie
29. Name a case in which hype ruined your reading experience.
Twilight. Definitely Twilight.
30. How often do you agree with critics about a book?
Almost never.
31. How do you feel about giving bad/negative reviews?
Bad? I hate it when I read a bad book. I just don't finish it when I don't like it.
32. If you could read in a foreign language, which language would you choose?
I already can read in Dutch and English...soooo Polish! ( I have no idea why, sounds like a great language... )
33. Most intimidating book you’ve ever read?
That's a hard one.. I don't really have read a book that intimidated me...

35. Favourite poet?
Bill Richardson. Not really a Poet but the little rhymes he wrote in After Hamelin are just great!
36. How many books do you usually have checked out of the library at any given time?
3 or 4

37. How often have you returned books to the library unread?
almost never.
38. Favourite fictional character?
SRSLY? I have to choose??????? okay, fine, at the moment probably Percy Jackson or Annabeth Chase.
39. Favourite fictional villain?
Again, SRSLY? at the moment that should be Gaia, mother Earth :D
40. Books you’re most likely to bring on holiday?
Everything that's thick enough to keep me company for 14 days :p
41. The longest you’ve gone without reading?
2 days.
42. Name a book that you could/would not finish.
A book I don't like.
43. What distracts you easily when you’re reading?
A sound like a dog that's barking. 

44. Favourite film adaptation of a novel?
Harry Potter!
45. Most disappointing film adaptation?
Okay, I loved the music but Eragon was the most disappointing

46. The most money you’ve ever spent in the bookstore at one time?
+100€ :p
47. How often do you skim a book before reading it?
I just read the rear flap.
48. What would cause you to stop reading a book halfway through?
To much unnecessary details!
49. Do you like to keep your books organized?
YES!
50. Do you prefer to keep books or give them away once you’ve read them?
Keep them, KEEP THEM ALL!
51. Are there any books you’ve been avoiding?
Books from writers that I don't like. Mostly the detective ones.
52. Name a book that made you angry.
I have no idea...
53. A book you didn’t expect to like but did?
Girl Online by Zoƫ Sugg... It started like a book I would read in high school as a teenager but it turned out great! Can't wait for the next one! ( check out my Review on Girl Online)
54. A book that you expected to like but didn’t?
"The magicians" by Lev Grossman.
